| Incorporating the Chris Kelly Memorial Rally there will be two separate rallies. Both the Manx National and Chris Kelly will run over 1.5 days and 130 miles over 16 special stages. Friday will see scrutineering during the day and crews will also have the opportunity to use the shakedown stage in the afternoon. The first stage will start just after 1:700 (Fr 10) with a some stages run in darkness. Saturday (11) will see the first cars leave Douglas just after 08:45 giving a total stage mileage of 130.
