| The Abingdon CAR-nival Stages takes place at the old Abingdon airfield outside Oxford. It's a Saturday Sprint and separate Sunday Rally. Starting on tarmac, it quickly changes to a gravel surface, before plunging downhill towards the River South Esk and out into different parts of the Estate, with varying corners and elevations to challenge the drivers, before returning to the start. Three different viewing areas will be available around the stage. Starting on both Saturday and Sunday at 11.00am, running each day until the evening, there will be lots to see and enjoy. This special edition will celebrate two major milestones: 60 years since Longleat Safari Park first opened its doors to the public, and the 50th anniversary of the first Bath-based Lombard Rally, honouring the iconic events of 1975, 1980, 1983, and 1986. Fans can look forward to an outstanding mix of historic rally cars brought together to honour these landmark years.
